Henderson N. White, born in Romeo, Michigan, was the founder and President of the H. N. White company located in Cleveland, Ohio from 1898 to 1940. The company remained in Cleveland until 1965 when it was sold. The company was the largest manufacturer of band instruments in Ohio and the second largest in the United States.
